John Hatch

John was born and educated in the UK before emigrating to Australia to work in the Computer Industry where he installed large computer systems and eventually ran his own computer business. He moved to USA in 1993 and after becoming a US citizen and marrying Melody, John and Melody Joined Windermere Realty together and eventually became partners in the West Portland Keller Williams market center which has grown to be the largest market center in Oregon. John enjoys helping people get the most from their Real Estate transactions. John is a Principal Broker and has helped people with residential, Investment and some commercial transactions in metro and rural areas plus some business on the Oregon coast. John has always invested in education and training for himself and team members. He has gained various National Real Estate designations including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CIPS (Certified International Property specialist), GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and many more. Specialties include International Real Estate, Real Estate technology, Negotiation and Reallocation. John is a member of the Keller Williams Global Property Specialists (GPS) group and has one of the leading Real Estate coaches in the USA.
